Brittany has over 10 years experience serving children, adults, families, and elderly as a community mental health therapist, school-based therapist in elementary, middle, and high schools in Cobb Co., and Wellstar hospice social worker.
She fully believes that no matter what you have experienced, hope is a catalyst for success and growth. Sometimes we have to begin with an ounce of hope and go from there. Working through our maladaptive thinking and habits (often established in childhood and/or traumatic experiences), leads to renewed perspectives and fulfillment. Your story matters but it is NOT the final ending!
When Brittany is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include singing (just for fun, not professionally!), crafting, and traveling.
